Advocacy Services
Covers up to five hours of service (e.g., two 1-1.5 hour in-person check-ins + written reports, along with 1-2 follow-up calls). This package is ideal for stable clients needing occasional eyes-on verification. Billed monthly.
Covers up to 12 to 14 hours per month (e.g., more frequent visits, attending care plan meetings, coordination with transitions of care, and handling emergency issues). This package works best for higher-needs clients and families wanting very proactive advocacy.
Covers up to eight hours of service (e.g., weekly or biweekly visits of 1-2 hours each, detailed written reports and photos (with consent), communication with staff, and coordination with other areas of care as needed.
Standalone Services:
One time/project packages for remote work/research; families who don’t need ongoing assistance, but require specific, targeted advocacy; or an in-depth assessment of client and family needs. These services are billed as a one-time flat fee, or an hourly rate if desired.
Services solely for legal proceedings are billed at hourly rates.
