Covers up to 8 hours of service (e.g., 1-2 in-person check-ins + written reports, along with 1-2 follow-up calls). This package is ideal for stable clients needing occasional eyes-on verification. Billed monthly.

Standard “Boots on the Ground” Package $1350

Covers up to 15 hours of service (e.g. weekly or biweekly visits of 1-2 hours each, detailed written reports and photos [with consent], communication with staff, and coordination with other areas of care as needed). This package is ideal for clients who need more monitoring, due to care issues, safety concerns, or unstable health.

Premium Ongoing Support Package $1600+

Covers 16+ hours of service per month (e.g., more frequent visits, attending care planning meetings, coordination with transitions of care, and handling emergency issues). This package works best for higher-needs client and families wanting very proactive advocacy.

Standalone Services $100 hourly

One time/project packages for remote work/research; families who don’t need ongoing assistance, but require specific, targeted advocacy; or an in-depth assessment of client and family needs. These services are billed as a one-time flat fee, or an hourly rate if desired.

Services solely for legal proceedings are billed at hourly rates.

All services are customized according to your needs; final pricing discussed during discovery call.

For new clients, an up-front retainer of 2-4 hours is recommended.
